ProducerTubeTap is the app that helps you claim refunds when you’re later than the estimated journey time on the Tube.
If you’re more than 15 minutes later than the estimated journey time and the delay was within TfL’s control, you’re owed a refund.
Just use TubeTap each time you travel and the app automatically times your journey and tells you if you’re owed a refund. If you are, press one button and your refund request will be submitted – and you can sit back and wait for the refund.
